These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GoAbroadly website at goabroadly.in and the consultancy services provided by GoAbroadly, operated by Saurabh Dey ("GoAbroadly", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

GoAbroadly provides study abroad and visa consultancy services to Indian students seeking to study in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, USA, Germany, and other countries. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Profile evaluation and eligibility assessment.
• University shortlisting and application guidance.
• Statement of Purpose and Letter of Recommendation writing support.
• UK Student Visa and other country visa application filing.
• IELTS and PTE preparation guidance.
• Education loan assistance and lender introductions.

2. Zero Consultancy Fees

GoAbroadly charges zero consultancy fees to students. Our services are provided at no direct cost to you. We earn through partnerships with universities and, in some cases, referral arrangements with financial service providers. This model does not affect the independence of our advice — we recommend what is right for your profile, not what pays us more.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

GoAbroadly provides guidance, preparation support, and application assistance. We do not guarantee and cannot guarantee:

• University admission or offer letters — admissions decisions are made solely by the respective universities.
• Visa approval — visa decisions are made solely by the relevant immigration authority (e.g. UKVI, IRCC, Department of Home Affairs).
• Scholarship awards — scholarship decisions are made solely by the awarding institution.
• Loan approval — loan decisions are made solely by the lending institution.

Any consultancy that guarantees a visa or an offer letter is making a false claim. We do not make such claims.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
• Informing us promptly of any changes to your circumstances, documents, or profile.
• Meeting deadlines and submitting required documents on time.
• Making final decisions regarding university choices and visa applications — our role is to advise, not decide on your behalf.
• Ensuring all documents you provide to us and to institutions are genuine.

GoAbroadly accepts no liability for outcomes resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the GoAbroadly website, including text, design, graphics, and tools, is the intellectual property of GoAbroadly. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

SOPs and other written content we prepare for you are for your personal use in your university and visa applications. They may not be resold or distributed.

6. Limitation of Liability

GoAbroadly provides services in good faith and with reasonable skill and care. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Visa refusals, university rejections, or loan rejections, regardless of the quality of our preparation.
• Decisions made by third parties including universities, immigration authorities, and financial institutions.
• Losses arising from changes in immigration law or university admission policies.
• Any indirect, consequential, or financial loss resulting from our advice or services.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share your personal details, academic records, financial information, or visa history with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law or as necessary to provide the specific service you have engaged us for (such as submitting a university application on your behalf).

8. Third Party Websites

Our website may contain links to third party websites including universities, government portals, and financial institutions. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third party website. Links are provided for your convenience only.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
